2. Eat More Smaller Meals Throughout The Day
This will not only help keep you full and not craving and snacking, but it will also help you keep your metabolism working throughout the day. Keeping your metabolism working means more fat burning!

3. Drink More Water
It is suggested to drink almost a gallon of water a day! That can be a lot for some people, but if you can do it, or get close it will make a HUGE difference. WHY?

4. MOVE MORE!

Make it fun, have goals and reward yourself when you hit them.
