Hemp Seed Ranch Dip

Sometimes ranch dressing is the only way to get your kiddo to eat those veggies, which is where our hemp seed ranch dip comes into play. One of the fastest-growing plants on earth, hemp seeds contain high levels of protein, vitamin E, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, magnesium, sulfur, calcium, iron, and zinc. They also have omega fatty acids that fight inflammation, protect the heart, and strengthen the immune system.
Instructions
In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend on high, adding 1 to 2 cups (235 to 470 grams) water until you achieve a thick, smooth sauce.
YIELD: 4 cups PREP: 5 minutes BLEND: 5 minutes TOTAL: 10 minutes
- 4 cups (600 grams) hemp seeds
- juice of 2 lemons
- 1-2 cloves fresh garlic
- 1 ounce chives
- 1 tablespoon dried dill weed
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
